Every position at our enterprises is filled by someone from the local community — giving priority to parents of our day students and youth from low-income households.
Four Enterprises. One Shared Purpose.
Each enterprise is independently viable, ethically operated, and community-serving — while channelling surplus directly into our programs.

Pure Water Packaging —
Clean Water for All
Access to safe drinking water is not a luxury — it is a right. Our water packaging plant was established in 2015 to address a critical gap in our community, where waterborne illness rates were among the highest in the district.
Today, our facility produces and distributes affordable, certified packaged drinking water to homes, schools, hospitals, and businesses across the region — while generating consistent revenue that funds our children's programs.
Bakery —
Fresh Every Morning
Our community bakery was born from a simple idea: the same skills we teach our youth in vocational training should produce real products for real people. Established in 2019, the bakery now produces fresh bread, rolls, pastries, and cakes every morning before sunrise.
Products are sold to local schools for their feeding programmes, market vendors, hospitals, and directly to community members — making affordable, fresh-baked goods accessible to everyone in the area.
Agriculture & Farming —
Growing What We Need
Our farm serves a dual purpose: it significantly reduces the food costs of the orphanage and schools, and it provides a living classroom for children and vocational trainees who are learning sustainable agricultural practices.
We cultivate a diverse range of crops across five acres of land, including vegetables, root crops, and fruit trees. Surplus produce is sold to local markets — adding an additional revenue stream to our enterprise portfolio.
Expanding Ventures —
Building Tomorrow's Income
As our existing enterprises mature and become more profitable, we are investing in the next generation of social enterprises. Our expansion strategy is guided by three principles: community need, youth employment, and long-term financial sustainability for our programs.
We currently have three ventures in the planning and early development phase, each designed to deepen our impact and reduce our dependence on external donations.
More Than Just Revenue
Our enterprises do not exist solely to fund our programs. They are active contributors to the health, economy, and wellbeing of the communities around us.
Our water plant distributes to over 1,000 households in our district, directly reducing waterborne illness rates in a previously underserved area.
Our enterprises serve as live training environments for our vocational students — giving them real work experience before they graduate with their national certificate.
Invest in an Enterprise.
Change a Child's Life.
Our enterprises are open to corporate partnership, co-investment, and institutional supply agreements. Every partnership is structured to create measurable social and financial returns.
Supply Agreements
Become an institutional buyer of our water or bakery products — supporting the enterprise with consistent revenue.
Co-Investment
Co-fund a new enterprise or expand an existing one in exchange for agreed social-return reporting and brand recognition.
Vocational Sponsorship
Sponsor a vocational training cohort and provide your business as a placement partner for graduating youth.
Every Purchase. Every Partnership.
Every Child Helped.
When you buy our water, order our bread, or partner with our enterprises, you are not just making a transaction — you are directly funding the education and care of a child who has nowhere else to turn.
